Using CycleWell
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must be old enough to consent to health data processing where you live.
Not a medical service
CycleWell is an educational tracking tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic service, and not a method of contraception or fertility treatment. Predictions are estimates based on your own logged history and will be wrong at times, especially with irregular cycles. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the app.
Premium subscriptions
- Premium is billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout, until cancelled.
- Changing plans takes effect immediately and is prorated, so you are only charged for the difference.
- Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your logged data is never deleted on cancellation.
- If a payment fails we retry it and keep Premium active during a short grace period. If it still fails, the account returns to the free plan and can be restored by paying successfully.
- Refunds are handled according to the rules of the store or payment provider you subscribed through.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, disrupt its operation, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
You own the data you enter. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it or permanently delete your account at any time from Account & billing.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability or of accuracy of any prediction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the app's estimates.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and reflected in the date above. Continuing to use CycleWell after a change means you accept the updated terms.
